At CASSON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging and include all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective inserts to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
